EPS Workshops

SMARTboards

SMARTboards I  - Designed for those teachers who have a SMARTboard in their classroom for the first time. This workshop will include the basics of SMARTboard use,  Notebook software, and the use of SMARTtools.

SMARTboards II - One our EPS SMART-Certfied Trainers will help you take your SMARTboard use to the next level! Intended for those who are comfortable using their SMARTboard, this workshop will include creation of your own interactive lessons. Verification of attendance at SMARTboards I required. Limited to 20 particpants

Workshops in May

SMARTboard Level I and Level II Workshops will be held in the EPSAC Technology Lecture Room. Morning sessions will be held from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.  Afternoon sessions will be held from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Sessions are designed so that teachers from one building can share a substitute. A substitute will work for one teacher who will attend in the morning and a different teacher who will attend in the afternoon.

Teachers should complete a Professional Leave form citing Reason Code 24.

Any workshop with enrollment of less than 15 will be canceled.

 Workshops in June

All workshops are scheduled for 3 hours and will be held in the Technology Training Lab at EPSAC. Morning sessions will be from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.  Afternoon sessions will be from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM.  

Any session with ten (10) or fewer registrants will be canceled.
