PARENT SURVEY (see links below)

The recently adopted A-F Report Card for Oklahoma’s public schools includes a provision for schools to conduct climate surveys for students, teachers and parents. If required thresholds are met, related to percentage of participation and levels of satisfaction, schools can receive "extra credit" when the grade is computed. In order for a school to qualify for "extra credit" for the new A-F report card, at least 10% of parents/guardians must complete the survey, so every response is important.

The Oklahoma State Department of Education has provided content for climate surveys for the following groups:

• Teachers

• Students (Grades 3-5; Middle School; High School)

• Parents (involvement survey)

Included below is a school-specific link for you to access the Parent Involvement Survey. All responses will be anonymous. Although used for your school’s possible qualification to receive extra credit, just as important is that survey information will be used to help us stay on a path for continual improvement.

Thanks in advance for your participation.
