Lobby Guard
Edmond Public Schools is excited to introduce the Lobby Guard Visitor Management System in all schools beginning this year. Visitors will need to be sure to bring a drivers license when wanting to visit the school and will need to check in using the Lobby Guard Kiosk. These devices run an instant background check on those wishing to have access to children during a normal school day. LG prints a pass that includes a picture of the visitor. Upon leaving the facility the visitor is required to scan the badge for a quick checkout process. This new visitor check system provides another measure of safety for all of Edmond Public Schools. We appreciate your patience as we begin implementing these procedures at West Field. For parents who are frequent visitors to West Field, you will be given an opportunity to purchase a keyfob that you will be able to scan each time you visit after registering in our system with your driver's license upon your first visit.
