BRAIN POWER  Kimberly Kiss & J. Burch

Central students are welcome to join the Central Academic Team (CAT) and attend weekly practices which began in mid-September.  We would like to extend a special invitation to 6th graders to join our team.  CAT practices each Tuesday at 7:15 a.m. in Mrs. Kiss's room (150) in the 8th grade upstairs hallway.  To compete in area meets, students will be selected on the basis of participation in weekly practice combined with balancing academic strengths among team members.  CAT is a member of OACC and OJABA and will compete at various meets in the greater metro area, including Guthrie and Moore.  We will be ordering new team shirts this year, and we will soon have a schedule for competitions and fund-raising activities.  If you enjoy exercising your brain power, come join our fun and competitive team.  We hope to see you at practice on Tuesdays.
