It may seem a little early to think about baseball but the season is almost upon us. Here are a few things to put in your schedule. The parent meeting is scheduled for 6:00pm, Monday, January 11, 2010 in the school cafeteria. Each player will need to purchase (order) a hat, pullover, and socks from Athletic Village on Danforth. They will be able to fit each player with the correct size. The cost is $59.26 including tax. All orders must be made by January 15, 2010. Do not bring money to coach Gibson! There will be no reorders. Please order before the deadline.
We will begin conditioning and batting practice (BP) the last week of January. Details will be provided at the parent meeting. Full practice will begin in February. Our first game is March 2nd. Please note the School website (www.edmondschools.net/cheyenne) for a link to the schedule. Go to “Athletics” then select “Baseball”. Please continue to check the website as I will be periodically updating the site.
