World Book Online includes the fullWorld Book Encyclopedia plus many other features for research includingselected web sites and journal articles.

Good database for current events. Includes World Almanac and Maps of the World along with current magazine stories.  Also includes Elibrary, an elementary database, which has a nice library of downloadable pictures from the Getty Collection!

This collection of databases will search journals, newspapers, magazines, and other information.  Afterchoosing Ebsco, choose the database you wish to search.  Ranges from middle school to adult.
