Group 5: Lifeways

Your task is to research the Cheyenne way of life.  The Cheyenne men were known as very skilled warriors and military men. The men tested themselves to be sure they were strong enough, both physically and spiritually. The Cheyenne leaders, called Chiefs, were known for their generosity and kindness of spirit.  They prided themselves on their abilities to maintain harmony for their people.  Many of the important aspects of Cheyenne culture were attended to by the women.  Everyone had duties, which they took very seriously because they knew the welfare of their people depended on everyone doing their jobs.

TASK:  Your task is to gather information about the Cheyenne's way of life.   From the information you gather from your book,  you will create a presentation with the following slides.  Use the same titles as are listed on the slides.
