Group 9: Food & Tools

As the Cheyenne moved south and west of the Missouri River, they became increasingly dependent on the buffalo for their food.  But they also ate other plants and as they began to trade with the Americans, they added to the foods they enjoyed.  Preparing food involved using special utensils and tools that they made themselves.

TASK:  Your task is to gather information about the food of the Cheyenne and the tools and utensils used for preparing it.   From the information you gather from your book,  you will create a presentation with the following slides.  Use the same titles as are listed on the slides.
