I was born in Enid, Oklahoma. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1974. After teaching second grade at North Enid School for five years, my husband, Ron and I, moved to Edmond in 1979. We have two sons, Ron, who lives in Washington, DC with his wife, Kathryn, and Jimmy, who lives in Edmond. They both attended Oklahoma State University so I am now an avid "Cowboy Fan." Watching college football and basketball, trout fishing in Colorado with my family, reading a great novel, and playing tennis are some of my favorite things to do. After teaching second and fifth grades at Will Rogers for over 20 years, I decided to move to Cheyenne. I love everything about this school: the staff, the students and the supportive parents!
