We have several safety measures in effect that help to keep our school grounds as secure as possible.  All visitors must enter through the front north or east doors.  Visitors must go to the office first, sign in and receive a visitor's badge.  If we do not know you, your identification will be checked.  All doors are checked throughout the day to make sure they are secure and kept locked at all times.  In addition, we practice drills on a regular basis.  These drills consist of fire, tornado and intruder.  We prepare students for any type of emergency.

Our Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) program has been a tremendous success and the Watch D.O.G.S. are present at our school daily.  Their presence alone is a tremendous relief as we know it is one more set of eyes and ears guarding our students.  If you have not been able to sign up for this program, every father/stepfather/grandfather or important male figure in your child's life is encouraged to volunteer their time. It is so rewarding for both the fathers and the students.
