Recommendation Letters

If you will need a recommendation letter for a college application or scholarship from your counselor please come pick up the Letter of Recommendation Questionairre from the counseling office.  This will need to be filled out and turned in before your counselor can write you a recommendation letter.  They will also need a resume.  Please allow 2 weeks for your letter to be completed! 

 

Driver's Letter for Student Permit

Student's that are testing to receive their permit must have a school letter proving enrollment and an eighth grade reading proficiency. The letter is sealed by the school, the Department of Motor Vehicles asks for the original embedded seal, therefore we cannot provide the letter by fax or email.  Your student may request and pick up their completed drivers letter in the 10th-12th grade counseling center. 9th grade students need to go to the Freshman Office to get their driver's letter.

To send request by email send the additional information to Barbara.Edenburn.

                      1. Student's full legal name as it appears on their birth certificate. 
                      2. Students date of birth

Letter is available for pick up after 24 hours unless otherwise advised.

New Student Enrollment
Students new to our community will enroll with our Registrar, Kym Ballinger. You will need a mortgage/deed/lease and utility bill with current address to prove residency; birth certificate, shot record, withdrawal form and transcript from previous school, and any custody or medical information we may need. If you have any questions regarding enrollment please contact Kym Ballinger by email or call 405-726-7121.

College Visits @ North:
Tuesdays and Thursdays during tutorial from 9:40 to 10:00am, college recruiters come to visit our students. These recruiters share information regarding their institution with our interested students. These scheduled visits are announced daily and posted on the televisions in the halls.  Please get a tutorial pass from Sandi Lindsey in the counseling office if you are interested in visiting with one of these colleges.
