Registration

You may bring an ORIGINAL July or August Gas, Electric, or Water bill as proof of residency to the office beginning August 1, 2009. They will make a copy. (No Cable or Phone bills will be accepted).

Checking Out of School

Only parents, guardians, or those designated on your office registration page my sign students out through the main office. Students may not be checked out for lunch by anyone other than their own parent(s), legal guardian(s), or Sequoyah staff.

School Closings

 For school closures due to inclement weather, check the Edmond Public Schools' home page http://edmondschools.net, local news listings or websites (e.g., www.newsok.com).

Report Cards

Report cards will be sent home with students on the following days for the 2009-2010 school year:

First Semester August 18-January 8
Progress Reports September 17
Report Cards October 29
Progress Reports November 19
Report Cards January 14

Second Semester January 11 - May 27
Progress Reports February 11
Report Cards April 1
Progress Reports April 22
Report Cards June 3

Parents may request averages of students at any time by contacting the student's teacher or counselor.

Students must have parents sign progress reports and grade reports and return them to each teacher.

Parents may utilize Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) to obtain student grades. For more information, click here.
