Welcome, Cougars and Visitors!

We have 20,000+ items available for use by students and staff. Students come to the Media Center with their entire class or on individual passes to check out books and work on reference/research activities, lessons, and computer projects.  You can use the library computer lab, which has 40 computers. There are many neat fiction &  non-fiction titles available for check-out & we encourage everyone to read for pleasure as well as information. (Our motto is "Read Like A Champion!")  Students can  participate in our state's Sequoyah  Young Adult Intermediate Book Award program for grades 6-8, voting for their favorite masterlist book in March.  Mrs. Hasenfratz, our LMS, also sponsors a lunch time book group called the Lunch Bunch (see the tab above for more information). Check us out!

The 2013 Sequoyah Summer Reading Adventure starts soon! Check out the "Good Books" page for more information. :)
