🥛 Washington Irving Pre-K and Kindergartners had an exciting opportunity to learn firsthand about where milk comes from! Thanks to Southwest Dairy Farms, Snazzy the cow visited the school to demonstrate the milk-making process and explain the essential nutrients found in milk. 3rd-5th graders at West Field just competed in Battle of the Books! Students in the Book Battle Club put their knowledge of the nominated Sequoyah Books to the test. They answered challenging questions about a variety of books, earning points for their teams along the way. Most of the school came together to cheer on their favorite team and watch the fierce competition unfold! ✨ #EPSleads

🖌️🎨 With the help of @edmondfinearts, Boulevard students have been working hard on a mural that is set to be revealed at the first VIBES event of the year!
Boulevard high schoolers brainstormed and designed the mural, now they are bringing it to life! Be sure to check out the finished project on April 4th at 6:30, right across from the Edmond Fine Arts Institute. ✨ #EPSleads

All EPS Middle School GATE classes participated in the District Invention Convention! Each Middle School brought 6 students to present their invention to a panel of judges! Well done to everyone involved and congratulations to these inventors:

Angie Debo started the Belonging Blossoms Club where students prepare stunning bouquets and surprise employees with fresh flowers each month!
Through this initiative, our students are also learning valuable lessons and skills to help them “blossom” too. This new tradition provides many opportunities to practice fine motor skills when arranging flower bundles, communication skills when delivering flowers to teachers, and student collaboration and teamwork building when working with others to carry out this task. Way to promote our core values, dolphins! 🐬🟣

🐷 SWINE Week at Edmond Memorial has officially kicked off! This year’s SWINE Week recipient is Peaceful Family Oklahoma and students are dedicated to making this year a success! SWINE Week originated in 1986 and has raised over $8 million in charitable contributions since. Check back on Friday afternoon when Memorial will reveal this year's total amount raised!
